Resto-Bar Lima is a Peruvian restaurant in Quebec City, with two addresses: Lima Saint-Vallier and Lima Saint-Jean Its mission is to surprise its guests by drawing on contemporary Peruvian cooking, giving them a one-of-a-kind culinary experience through flavourful dishes, colourful drinks and a festive Latin atmosphere.Chef Javier, a Peruvian musician and cook, offers a cuisine that reflects contemporary Peruvian gastronomy, while Daniel Alejandro keeps the evenings going with Latin rhythms. On the menu you'll find classics like ceviche, lomo saltado and tiradito, alongside  emblematic cocktails such as the pisco sour.
